Relax. Reset. Turn Inward. I teach restorative, gentle and power yoga. My classes are designed to be a self-love gift of relaxation to yourself. They flow organically with the aim to connect breath, alignment, and mindfulness with yoga postures.
This grounding practice has healing effects which are ideal for yogis of all levels. From pro athletes to learning disabled adults, all groups I have lead have felt palpable results.
Gentle and restorative are slower moving practices designed to get deep into the tissues and bring balance to the mind. Using simple props for support and assistance, such as a blanket or a block, and a warm space for comfort and relaxation is recommended.
Power combines repetition and flow to get the blood flowing, sweat pouring and stress evaporating.

Teaching 1x1 yoga is my favorite way to teach yoga and I have been doing it since my instructor journey began in 2018.
As your private yoga instructor I will meet you where you are, holding the space required to figure out what you need most from this powerful practice.
I have worked with students who are looking to recover from injuries, enhance flexibility in athletic settings as well as students looking to guide in more relaxation and mental clarity to their daily routines.

Group
Teaching yoga in a group is a completely different experience. When we learn as a group it becomes a shared experience, this community element adds accountability to practice, the collective energy of group classes is higher and we add in an element of much needed socialization.
As your instructor I will meet the group where they are, holding the space required to figure out what is needed most from this powerful practice.

Special Events
Yoga in both individual and group settings is a powerful practice that can both guide and inspire change amongst the body and the mind.
I have worked with clients to bring yogaic wisdom and presence into a wide variety of settings. Charity events, corporate workplaces, construction job sites, sports teams, photo shoots, weddings, after school programs and even to disabled individuals.
This can be an amazing way to gain a competitive advantage and to add resilience to your team. It will also help clients come back into their bodies and mind by shedding stress / anxiety through deep relaxation before a "stressful" event.
